Aachi Spice blend to prepare Fish Fry.
Ingredients: Red chili powder, Coriander, Turmeric, Salt, Cumin, Black pepper, Acidity regulator: E330, Fenugreek, Mustard, Natural color: Paprika Oleoresin. Allergens: See in bold.
Preparation: Make a paste of Aachi Fish Fry Masala with water and lemon juice. Add required amount of salt. Apply paste on fish pieces. After 2 hours deep fry the fish in cooking oil.
This masala can also be used to prepare yam and potato fries.
