Aachi Ready Mix to prepare Pepper Rasam
Ingredients: Tomato, Refined sunflower oil, Salt, Tamarind, Pepper, Garlic, Cumin, Coriander, Mustard, Red chilli powder, Turmeric, Compounded Asafoetida, Acidity regulator: Acetic acid, Preservative: Sodium benzoate
Pepper Rasam is a spicy variation of Rasam made with with black pepper, tomatoes and spices.
Preparation: Mix 1 tbsp of Aachi Pepper Rasam Paste with 200ml of water , mix well and serve with 150-200g of cooked rice. Ready to serve!
