Haldiram‘s Gulab Jamun.
Deep fried soft cottage cheese dumplings, flavored with cardamom and immersed in sugar syrup.
Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Whole milk powder, Cottage cheese (milk), Semolina (wheat), Fortified wheat flour (Wheat flour, Calcium carbonate, Iron, Vitamin B3 a B1), Clarified butter (milk), Sodium bicarbonate, Cardamom powder, Rose water.
You can garnish with dried nuts, pistachios or almonds before serving.
We recommend serving hot (just heat in the microwave).
