Rooh Afza is sooting, cooling and thirst quenching beverage base syrup. Rooh Afza syrup is generally served mixed with cold milk and ice. The concentrate can also be mixed with water in hot summer. When mixed with water, the final drink is a type of sharbat.

Roswoh Afza syrup is often mixed with Kulfi ice cream and vermicelli to make desserts. It can be used as an ice cream topping.
