Healthy Boy Brand Thai Sukiyaki (Suki Yaki) Sauce

Ingredients: Red bean curd 34%, Sugar 19%, Water, Chilli 11%, Distilled vinegar, Garlic 7%, Soybean oil, Salt, Flavour enhancer: E261, Thickener: Modified tapioca starch, Citric acid.

Sukiyaki sauce It is a spicy dipping sauce laced with hot chilli and lime. Sukiyaki, inspired by Japan, is a communal dish in which fresh ingredients are cooked in a simmering pot of broth at the table.

Popular ingredients for the Thai version of Suki include seafood, red meat, chicken, fish balls, shrimp wontons, fish ravioli and egg. Vegetables range from enoki mushrooms, leeks, carrots, baby corn, napa cabbage, bok choy and morning glory.

Sukiyaki sauce can be added directly to the dish while cooking or used as a dipping sauce in dishes. The sauce is slightly hot.
