Kayam Churna.

Ingredients: Senna leaves (cassia Angustifolia) 50%, Black salt (Unaqua Soddi Chloredum) 18%, Nishot (Operculina Turpethum, Root) 3%, Ajwain (Trachyspermum Ammi, Fruit) 11,5%, Himej (Terminalia Chebula) 8%, Svarjiksata (Shuddh) (Astoneman Indicam) 5%, Yashti Madhu (Glycyrrhiza Glabra) 4,5%.

Kayam Churna is a well-known proprietary ayurvedic formulation that has been treating constipation, several gastrointestinal anomalies and other related disorders for decades. Dose and Directions: 1/2 -2 teaspoon as per requirement at bed time with water. Individual results may vary, dose may be adjusted accordingly.
