Ingredients:  Red Hot Pepper 87%, Garlic, Coriander, Salt, Caraway, Citric Acid.

Harissa originally hails from Tunisia and has become a main part of many dishes all over the world. It’s a chille paste made from a hot chille peppers that are rehydrated then blended with garlic and spices (usually toasted for a more intense flavor). Harissa is used for almost all foods. As a table spice, it is quite similar to Indonesian Sambale. Seasoning paste is used to prepare original sauces for stewed vegetables, meat, etc.

Harissa is used wherever chili can be used, to sharpen dishes, goulash, soups, for Chinese dishes, grilling and roasting meat and fish, etc. It is traditionally served with couscous or in aromatic soups and stews.
