Mother’s Recipe Ready to Eat Aloo Methi (medium spicy) -  delicious Indian curry made with potatoes, fenugreek leaves and spices.

Ingredients: Potato 35%, Fenugreek Leaves 18%, Water, Onion, Cottonseed Oil, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, and Spices (Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Cassia, Cloves, Bay Leaves ).

Preparation:

      The pouch is Microwave Safe. Cut the pouch slightly from the top corner and place it upright in the microwave. Heat for 3 min. Open and serve. 

      Boil water in a pan. Immerse the sealed pouch in boiling water for 3 min. Open and serve. 

    Open the pouch and empty the contents into a pan. Heat for 3 min. while stirring occasionally.
