Ingredients:  Water, Onion, Ginger, Cane sugar, Garlic, Sunflower Oil, Red Chilli, Salt, Celery, Corn Starch, Acidity regulator: Acetic Acid, Stabilizer: Xanthan Gum, Preservative: Sodium Benzoate and Soya Been. 

Chutney is a traditional delicacy of Indian cuisine, flavoring basic food. Chutney is the common name for many types of sauces, prepared from various ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, garlic, onions, mustard, vinegar and spices. Chutney is used to flavor meat and vegetarian dishes such as sauce or spices. In India, almost no food can do without a small amount of chutney or pickles.

One of the most popular chutney in India is the Schezwan Chutney. The sauce is prepared from red chili peppers and Sichuan peppers, which is usually used as a dip. Chutney has a very strong taste with high pungency of garlic and chili peppers. Ideal with papads, tortilla chips, various snacks, chicken, lamb, pork and vegetarian dishes, or simply with a cheese plate. You can also add spicy chutney to fish, salads, sandwiches or grilled dishes.
