Ingredients: Split Black Gram Flour (Udad Dal Flour) 90%, Raising Agent: Sodium Bi-Carbonate, Salt, Cottonseed Oil, Black Peppe, Sorbic Acid, Asafoetida
Indian papads are thin crispy flatbread. It is especially suitable as an appetizer or snack. Serve papadam with mango chutney, dip or sauces.
Before serving, cook papads in the microwave or fry in a pan.
