Mother’s Recipe Ready to Eat medium spicy indian curry Palak Paneer (Tofu) - fresh Tofu in spicy spinach cream.

Ingredients: Spinach 53%, Tofu (Soya Paneer 20% - Soya Beasn, Water, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Salt), Water, Onion, Cottonseed Oil, Garlic, Salt, Tomatoes, Corn Starch, Green Chilli and Spices (Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cassia, Cardamom).

Serve best with chapati or rice.

Preparation:

   The pouch is Microwave Safe. Cut the pouch slightly from the top corner and place it upright in the microwave. Heat for 3 min. Open and serve. 

      Boil water in a pan. Immerse the sealed pouch in boiling water for 3 min. Open and serve. 

    Open the pouch and empty the contents into a pan. Heat for 3 min. while stirring occasionally.
