Patak's Mild Curry Paste.
Ingredients: Water, spices (coriander, paprika, turmeric, Roman cumin, fenugreek, fenugreek, cinnamon), rapeseed oil, salt, corn flour, acetic and citric acids, tamarind, ground yellow mustard, ground dried garlic.
Authentic blend of aromatic spices for a beautifully balanced base for preparing a fine Indian curry dish. This paste is one of the least hot in the range of Patak's products. You can use it as a base for various sauces, marinades, biryani and etc.
The amount of paste is enough for 8 servings.
Cooking time 25 minutes (intended for heat treatment).
