Sen Soy Seaweed Sushi Nori.

Ingredients: Dried seaweed 100%. The package includes a desiccant bag against moisture.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Instructions for rolling sushi:

* Place 1 slice of nori seaweed smooth side down on the rolling mat.

* Spread a thin layer of cooked and seasoned sushi rice evenly on the Nori seaweed (approx. 130g per slice). Leave the top edge of approx. 1cm free and lightly coat with water for better rolling.

* Add other sushi ingredients (seafood, vegetables) to the middle of the rice.

* Lift the edge of the Nori kelp that is closer to you and fold it over the sushi ingredients of your choice. Use a sushi mat to tighten. Roll it several times in the mat to firm up the sushi roll.

*Cut the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp knife dipped in water.
