Talod Instant mix for preparing a traditional Indian savory Cake from rice flour Dhokla.

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Urid dal flour, Iodized salt, Sodium bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Asafoetida.

Dhokla is a delicious traditional steamed Indian savory snack made with fermented butter of lentils and rice.  A tempering of curry leaves and spices is often poured on it after it’s done. Lastly Dhokla is garnished with coconut, sesame seeds and coriander leaves. Dhokla is best enjoyed with a side of chutney and a cup of masala chai.

With Talod instant mix you will make 40 Dhoklas (appx 12g each).
