Tapioca flour is finely ground starch flour from tapioca (cassava, sago). High-calorie and easily digestible food widely consumed in tropical countries. It is considered to be cleaner than other types of starch and does not contain any additives due to the complex multi-stage technology of extracting from the roots of the cassava plant.

Excellent thickener for a wide range of dishes. It is used to make sauces, soups, sweet and savory pastries. It can completely replace ordinary wheat flour or use in combination.

Tapioca flour contains many minerals and vitamins, is nutritious and healthy, low in cholesterol and without "unhealthy" fats. Tapioca contains calcium, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium.
